Daily Safety Huddles UPDATED: A daily huddle with 38 employees enables leadership to develop situational awareness and a collective understanding of the state of operations. It is not a meeting; it is an ongoing process to look back, follow up, learn and take a look forward at issues and practices involving patient safety, employee safety and quality outcomes.
